Initial Fee

(First Signature + Select Location)

Includes first person's notarized signature "Stamp Fee" & "Location Fee" to meet you at one of my Select Locations.

*Additional fees for additional signatures, multiple people's signatures, additional locations, or mileage fees, for other locations, may apply.

Travel fee is separate from the standard notarial fees and is not mandated by state law.

Additional Signature Fee

(After Stamp Fee is met)

$5.00

This is for each signature after the person has met the $15.00 "Stamp Fee".

(Multiple People's Signature)

$15.00

If multiple people's signatures need to be notarized, this fee applies to each person's initial signature. Including witness signatures.

I may be able to provide

witnesses upon request for fee.

Location Fee

(Select Locations and Others)

Select Locations -

(After Initial Fee is met)

$5.00 per location

This is a fee if you need me to go to more than one of my Select Locations to gather other signatures.

Other Location Options -

(Prior approval required)

$2.00 per mile
