CONTACTING ME:

You can contact me three ways:

My goal is to reply back as soon as possible (before the end of the next business day).

*Click here for list of scheduled out of office dates.

HOW MY NOTARIZATIONS WORK:

  • Contact me to set up a date, time, & place. I try to respond before the end of the next business day.

  • I will travel to one of my Select Locations to meet you. (Contact me to approve another public place.)

  • I need to physically meet each person signing.

  • Travel Fees may still be charged even if notarization has to be rescheduled or canceled or signer lacks proper ID, preventing me from completing the notarization.

  • Each signer needs to have a valid government ID, containing a photo and signature. They also need to be competent, know what is going on, and sign voluntarily.

  • You will need to provide the complete document (all pages). This includes a page or section that has the notary wording and section for me to notarize. If you do not have this, please contact your lawyer or go back to the source you received your document from. (I am not legally able to provide a form or advise you which form to use.)

I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE NOTARIZATION IF THE SIGNER...

  • doe not have proper identification
  • is under duress
  • does not read or write in the language of the documents

  • Is mentally infirm

    • Provide advise for legal course of action. If you want to get this kind of advice, you need to contact a lawyer.

    • Notarize legal documents that are from outside the state of Washington. â€‹â€‹

    • Notarize certain types of documents... such as loan documents.
